The management team here are absolutely clueless, they have sufficient staff numbers but cannot manage them. I don’t think I have ever seen anyone drive away with their food from the drive-through. Ordered for 2 through drive through using app. 1 of the burgers was totally wrong item. The other burger wasn't hot. Fries ok. 2 Milkshakes ordered, unsure if new recipes or dodgy machine but banana milkshake really not good and sickly sweet , way more yellow than usual.
