Staff are shocking. The shop is a parcel drop off and pick up point and the staff are always very rude when we go in with parcels to drop off and pretend the machine isn't working even when I attended earlier and it was fine. So unwelcoming staff. The staff could do with some basic training on how to behave when manning a shop and to best treat customers that ultimately pay their wages.
