Went into Halifax, Rotherham branch this morning to open an online banking account. We were assisted by Anna, who was very friendly patient and thorough. She explained everything to us and told us about extras we could get that we didn't know about. Thank you very much Anna.

It's no wonder that this brunch has such a low rating. They wanted to open an account in this bank for my mother. The first employee with whom I had to communicate turned out to be a person with "watchman's syndrome". It seems that he owns the entire bank and can cheat customers early, but, based on my own experience...... read full comment
