Just been for an eye test, never again at boots in Rotherham parkgate.Firstly, queuing for 10 mins while staff where stood chatting.When I finally got seen half the equipment faulty, however on a positive the optician was good and I needed glasses. So the optician took me to the glasses and very quickly chose what I wanted....

My husband and I had an excellent experience at the opticians. Nick the boots assistant took care of us and made us feel very comfortable through the whole thing. Couldn't have asked any more of her or the very professional optician who did our tests.

Just been in to get new glasses, 3 assistants in, 2 stood gossiping and the other ignored me twice when I said excuse me, walked out and will go elsewhere.
