Walked out after waiting for a carrier bag for over 5 minutes. The woman behind the counter refused to give me one despite been stood right next to them,said she was serving a customer. It would have taken her literally 5 seconds. Total jobsworth. I thought women could multitask.

Disgraceful this place. My 4 year old nearly wet herself and they was refusing to open the toilets for her to use them. Told us to go away when she is 4 years old. Disgusting customer service from their floor staff. Definitely will never go back here. Vile all of them

I'm officially sad and old enough to have a favourite Asda, it's this one.They are always so friendly and helpful and look after their customers and get to know them.They even don't look irritated when having to deal with the too good to go bags, like other retailers sometimes doThanks guys
