Bought a kettle from Rotherham parkgate store and took it home but mrs didnt like it so tried returning it but they refused to refund because they said i had used the kettle when i hadnt. Stay well clear from this branch as they are rude and will lie to you so that they dont have to refund you. Took the same kettle back... read full comment
