I've given 4* for food. It's far from the nicest, I think some is pre-made/packaged/frozen as the quality just isn't there - but I think this is the same as other Green King pubs. It's plastic pub food - you should know what to expect. OK but not great.
Called in today, greated with a lovely welcome, great choice on the menu and a carvery. Our food was cooked perfectly, we asked to see the chef to thank him, Craig was really nice and happy to chat for a few minutes. We will be back.

First time here in a few years, I visited with my sister and my 1 year old. The food was lovely, fast at coming out but they weren't overly busy.
