Poor communications, enquiring about a course, didn't even respond to my voicemail and then the communications come via text not professional . Last message someone would arrange a call back , when people are potentially spending I money it really gets on my wick when there is limited effort back ridiculous.

Terrible experience here. Arrived for my appointment and was kept waiting outside in the cold and rain for 10 minutes only to be eventually told I couldn't have my treatment as my product hadn't arrived, thank you for letting me know!!
