Terrible service, rude and arrogant. I was charged £20 for eye drops. I didn't mind paying (rather than take up a Dr's appointment and it wouldn't have then cost me anything as I get free prescriptions). What was upsetting is the fact that I have since discovered that the same product costs only £7.99 at other pharmacy's.... read full comment
