I've just closed my Lloyds account and opened a TSB account in Maltby. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of the staff there who have been so helpful and have been very patient with all of my questions/queries!!!. Very professional and extremely welcoming.

Absolutely abysmal service since new lady manager took over despite banking with them for circa 20 years and them knowing me well she refused to verify my identity when my account was blocked by tsb now I can't buy food or even put petrol in my car until I find a way of unlocking my account can't wait to get it sorted... read full comment
