There is a lady who works here who I can only say is the rudest and most awful person ever.I watched her last week on a Sunday morning abuse a customer because he was young bloke, awful to see and hear, William hill should be ashamed!!!

Misjudged on The old lady on counter was greeting me saying: you look like you on something, you got to leave.I only heard its a squek noise on counter. Never been to this shop before and never will. If that how she treat customer, not wonder why it's empty.William Hill must think about hire this staff again

I would not give it any stars ... FOBT.... Should be against the law how they rip you off ... Some people work all week for one of there machines to Rob you in less than an hour .. William hill ought to be ashamed at what they do
