Constant high pitch noise in the room all night that kept us awake ! Toilet constantly filling up and the kettle was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years ! Reception lady was lovely though

Had an overnight stop on a long journey from Gloucestershire to Sunderland via London. Wasn’t expecting much but was blown away by how spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly and peaceful it was. I had an good nights sleep and really enjoyed my stay

Bed and pillows too hard for my liking. Food close by and parking free. Needed some much needed solo time for 1 night which this provided, so not going to grumble too much. It was easy to locate off the motorway. Quiet at night
