Been served countless times by Helen and she's fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she always makes me feel like my custom is appreciated.

Asked some woman if they duplicate key fobs like many other key cutting services as I needed some spares for my tenants.Was greeted with 'see your landlord'. Stupid person, I am the landlord.Either she was being rude or just stupid. Very unhelpful assistant.
