We stayed at the Premier Inn for 4 nights visiting family. We had breakfast and dinner at this restaurant. Staff lovely but one staff member stood out like a bright star. The Barley Twist is named after the sweets which were made on this site many years ago. Now instead of confectionary, the kitchen serves up delicious, freshly cooked pub food! Our friendly and experienced team genuinely care about every guest who walks through our door - four team members have worked here since the day we opened!
