Rude staff - From today’s experience absolutely no customer service training at all. I always wait in line until I’m invited to the checkout - 3 members of staff chatting. Would give 0 stars.My partner went into the petrol station to get a few bits only to be mocked by the cashier. My partner will occasionally get a red face due allergic reactions. Unfortunately, today was one of those days. Not only does he have to deal with low self esteem due to this but now he cannot even go into a shop... read full comment
