Good order printer hasn't worked for nigh-on two years. Any iced items (shakes, lattes, McFlurry etc) are rarely available because "the machine is being cleaned at the moment". Staff at the drive-through call me "mate" when I have never ever met them before. Good can be hot but that's on a good day; mostly Luke-warm.
