Staff appalling rude was asked for ID staff was very disappointed when provided asked staff member for her name but she refused to give it seemed to be on some sort of power trip if this is how you treat customers no wonder shop got few customers in will not be going in again only 1 star because can't do no stars Ladbroke... read full comment
