Staff have clearly no care for the Yodel Collection service they offer, I was made to wait whilst serving other customers behind me for their fuel before getting my parcel despite the fact I'd also got fuel. Served four or five before me, happened twice in the same day. Rude, unhelpful, impatient.

Yodel parcel service is non existence every time I try to drop a parcel off they say machine not working no parcel drops today come back in 3 days this has happened 3 times since the new owners took over
