I use the takeaway service a lot and several times they forget certain things. Delivery drivers are rude and can't wait 10 seconds for me to answer the door (I am disabled) and often don't understand the simple 4 digits I have to provide to them. Rude staff. I know it's christmas eve but it's the same every time at this one, don't visit this store often thankfully. Customers are left waiting unreasonably long at quiet times when I usually pop in, dread to think what it's like at busier times.

Service not so good today large queue aswell 1 young lady serving with other staff in the back talking. Not very happy ? Everyone needs a break but not all at the same time.
Parking: Plenty of parking as it's part of a large shopping centre.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair access.
