Ive been having problems with my laptop since Febuary. The lady that has helped me on most occasions i have been into store has been most helpful. Her nothing is to much trouble friendly approach epitomises customer service, I think her name was Sarah. Thankyou,

Went to store to order new tv rather than on line. The staff were great, gave us free delivery and free wireless plugs and other bits just for going in as one guy stated we were keeping staff in jobs. In total we got £100 of freebies and next day delivery. Very happy.

Made the trip to Curry’s to look for a new dishwasher. While it was busy and Boxing Day, I fully get motivation of staff won’t be high, however the customer service was down right poor. Asked a member of staff if this was all the dishwashers they had, as she was sat slumped with her arms folded on the side of an oven.... read full comment
