I ordered a giant Anglepoise lamp, it is not made clear that they take so long to deliver an item they claim to have in stock in their Milton Keynes warehouse. I waited a month with no updates on the order, so I decided to cancelled the order. No apologies made from Exclusive Chandeliers. I am now waiting for the refund.... read full comment

Goods never arrived, it has been more than 6 weeks.The courrier company appears to be a scam and they do not respond.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
