If i could give 0 stars i would. The staff are ridiculous. They are just rude, obnoxious, dismissive staff. They have no regard for customers. The queue times are horrendous at least 45 minutes every time you go in. The 'collection box' never works. Constantly having to que for 30 mins plus perceptions ordered 7 days before due.very badly staffed.Not good when patients are of a certain age or people with health issues

Have already left one review about Midland Road Surgery and don't appear to be able to leave a second. Was giving blood samples, and instead of using the tool that allows the withdrawal of multiple samples through one device the nurse did four separate needle insertions (has previously been used on myself with no issues... read full comment
