I've been coming to to this location for years now the staff are very kind and there's always great stuff in stock as a stuffed animal enthusiast I found a limited edition 2009 Build-A-Bear for £5. Great customer service + bright employees would give higher rating if I could

During a recent visit I over heard a conversation between a customer and the member of staff behind the till.
