Clearly states that the opening times are 09:00 until 05:00, went at 4:45 to be told they start to close at 4:45 very rudely. I now have a very upset 10 year old thanks to the staff member

Called in yesterday and purchased a shoe cabinet which was quite heavy. I counted 5 male workers and 4 female workers. I asked if someone would be able to help me carry it to the car and the lady said no. No reason why and no emotion on her face. Very poor customer service!
