I called the Barnsley store to order my Mum an afternoon tea to collect. I am in another part of the country so way to to pop into the store. Jo couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and friendly. I’m sure my mum will love it when she collects on Friday. Thank you Jo. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not what it used to be. Often, there's no staff behind counters, and I end up walking away.The cafe is now rubbish as you have to wait ages to get a coffee, it was better before when you served yourself.
