I received a text with pick up code saying phone available to collect. I went in later that day and he says no parcel delivered. Rather rude comments & he didn’t care my parcel was missing.I’ll try again today but may be best to avoid this drop off centre based on my experience .

Quite frankly Terrible, if i could give 0 stars i would, went to collect a parcell that ever so clearly has been delivered with proof saying so and they simply said no it hasnt come try again tommorow, sent my friend down to collect it and he gave them it without asking for their I.D on parcell collection (which it asks... read full comment

Dunno what everyone's complaining about, don't have much trouble here, pop in, get what I want, get out, no trouble at all. Convenient.
