Only a second time visit to Greggs. I had a cheese roll thing. It was soggy, like it had been made ages ago. Coffee tasted ok but wasn't hot enough.

Ordered from just eat and was given Southern fried potato wedges as a replacement for hot yum yums rather than them giving me a phone call to ask what replacement I would like or simply just choosing another dessert item. No common sense at all.
