Disgraceful. We placed an online order for us to collect and when we went to pick it up(4 hours later) in the allocated time they hadn't even looked at/for the order, had to wait for them to go pack everything because they refused to give us a refund saying they haven't received the payment even when I showed them the transaction... read full comment
