Worst customer experience i've ever had. Asked by head office to go into store for refund.. staff said it is against their policy. Awful 'computer says no' attitude.. eye rolling from the youngest girl. Manager no better. Proved refunds hadn't gone through and yet still useless. Randomly called in to Tui yesterday. Waited for ages as it was busy and only 2 members of staff on. Was seen by Chloe who was amazing. She put up with my friend and I as we had no clue what we wanted. We can away with a nice little break. Thank you chloe
