Customer service on line ? Forget it. I don’t understand why it isn’t possible to make a complaint online. Perhaps it’s because they would rather you phoned , they listen and then give you a voucher! That is not customer service.

The shop is super nice and new, all the other staff they are super nice, but there is one guy always has gloves and wear glasses short hair, he is the most unhappy and unhelpful person I ever seen, he’s always grumpy and seems he doesn’t want to be there, most of the time I ignore it but today, the shop was very busy... read full comment
