My wife bought shoes which she kept till we went on holiday. The strap broke the first day she wore them.Because they were just out of warranty period Sports Diirect refused any refund or exchange. Won't be shopping there again

The worst customer service and staff I’ve ever come across. Can’t spell a name right on a £55 football top. Because I signed my receipt however, I wasn’t told what I was signing it for! It’s fully their fault for lack of staff training and not informing customers to check the spelling of personalised items yet...
