The heating is on is this awful weather and some of the staff stink of of BO I think this is absolutely disgusting and can’t stand the smell of it my drinks are warm and our chocolate is melted this is disgraceful and it needs to be sorted out thanks

Shop is cramped for space but has a good selection for its size and location, I felt one person serving was not enough as I had to queue for several minutes
