Very busy but probably because lots of banks in other towns have shut down now! One lady took my details and we’d literally just sat down before we got called over, the lady was very efficient and friendly and sorted out all the things I needed easily and quickly very appreciated as not always the case in other branches...

12 people waiting to get to the tills to do transactions at 10.15am Monday morning only 1 till open 5 people behind the tills mostly talking very poor service sgain

I popped in with a multitude of things I needed sorted and the member of staff (Mel) that helped me was an absolute delight, we managed to get everything sorted and she was even still smiling at the end of it, best banking experience ever thanks Mel
