Very unhelpful staff - extremely icy forecourt this morning in freezing weather, no grit or anything out. Slipped on the forecourt and landed on my ankle! Luckily no serious injury. Two of the male staff here think that it's OK to belittle customers. I don't like going here when they are together , because it's a bit like dealing with school bullies. People need to feel that they are laughing WITH you, not being sneered at
