A chainstore in the centre of Youvil ... A good sized department store along with a food hall ... Quite busy in all departments on a mid week visit !

Toilets unclean, long queue for coffee. Certainly not up to a standard that I associate with M&S.

I travelled 30 miles to buy a velvet dress which was shown on line to be available in store. Neither I or a very helpful member of staff who came and offered assistance could find the dress. She contacted the changing rooms- with no luck. She did not give up at this point but finally tracked down the item in the stock room.... read full comment
