HSBC Business- change of mandate forms completed in June, again in August and then September. So far Adobe documents all signed and forms filled in HSBC branch's to avoid any user errors. Despite HSBC filling out the details the process keeps failing despite my showing ID, etc. So far 5+ hours wasted, no resolution or reasons... read full comment
