The staff are always helpful, and it's great to have a natter with other customers while trying to decide which yarn would best suit my next project.

Very friendly, helpful staff but no trollies except hand held pull along ones. No use when you're on crutches (I'm disabled), I needed one that I can hold on to. Staff had no idea why they no longer had them. So instead of stocking up on stuff, I came away with 2 items
