Staff are miserable some are helpful but seem reluctant to help.Their refund and exchange policy is absurd and disappointing and has actually really out me off shopping there unless I really really have to.I used to like shopping there but they’ve changed and trust has gone.

I love this store. Free parking, so much choice of goods inside. Displayed beautifully and reasonablely priced. Also a lovely cafe with very friendly staff and good service. Excellent price too.
