Young bloke who served me didn't actually say a word to me. Carried on chatting to a colleague and didn't even look at me. Don't expect much from Tesco but felt I had to review this one due to the extremely poor customer service. Drop the arrogance, you work at Tesco. Just do your job.

Attempted to collect my parcel today after work but the woman behind the till refused to accept my ID as she wanted one with a picture. The day before I picked up a parcel and the exact same woman used my bank card to verify it was me. Just been to buy a few essentials. The lad on the till no greeting, no please, no thank you in fact he didn't speak to me at all. Come.on Tesco you can employ better than this.
