Not guaranteed a perfect night's sleep, unlike their promo! Very very uncomfortable bed in room 107, woke after a disturbed night trying to get comfy with back and neck aches- terrible. The room was great but £7 to park is absolutely outrageous given the location and the Internet speed is completely unusable unless you pay to upgrade. Feels more Ryanair than 'Premier'....

We ate at The Pavillion Beefeater, limited menu, and not very friendly service. We have had better experience in other Beefeaters and we have tried this as our local Beefeater once a year for the last three years, but never again. The whole culture seems unfriendly.
