I just bought 2 items from WSM branch. Didn't want to enter my email address at the till so the woman serving me didn't give me a receipt. Without the receipt number I can not return my items online ( too big). Just a very uncomfortable situation. I wouldn't recommend.

Member of staff (young girl) rolled her eyes at us and was rude about us just wanting to return some items. Will not be ordering or going here again.
