Poor service quality! I try to open account on my Mom but they refuse three times for different reasons… wasting my time ! I open account with Barclays very easy online !

I came into this branch on Saturday to deposit a cheque the lady that helped was extremely rude and insulting! Complaining that my cheque smelt of cigarette smoke and proceeded to wipe her hands down her cloths like she'd been contaminated with some deadly virus! I smoke!
