Bad and getting worse. Can't speak to anyone just pointed to the phone. Can't pay in cash over the counter, must use the machine limited to 50 notes at a time and no coins and then ridiculous opening times.

Zero customer service. After being told on the phone I’d have to visit this branch to resolve my issue I was told in branch somebody would have to call me later in the week as they were unable to help.
