Standard Costa with fairly friendly employees but it is SO loud! Even when it's not busy it seems like the room is packed because of the noise; I think they could do something with noise insulation from the roof, because from my point of view it's a real turn off. Waited in line for 20 minutes with about 5 people in front of me. Two girls behind the counter had absolutely no rush or hurry and one left to start putting 50% stickers on food almost past sell by date even though there was a huge queue.
