Staff in the Regent Street branch were helpful in trying to sort the mandate verification for our LTD business - cannot fault the service! But Business banking via telephone following my visit was still very much a pointless exercise! Only 1 person out of the 6/7 calls made to the business banking team knew what was happening... read full comment

Well we have been ignored by this bank as our account was stricted by an employee and should of been corrected by the branch and was not - poor service and no empathy for usThis inadequate service has stopped us from having our pension! And living !!Thanks Barclays
