“My online shopping order was delivered by a driver not employed by Asda (22/03/24)
On recieving my shopping I realised I had quite a few items missing.
I phoned the Asda customer service line and they refused me a refund or to deliver my missing items, very rude and made me feel like I was lying. I was extremely upset and disappointed. I made 6 phone calls, constantly back and forth & every person in the call centre told me a different story. I decided to contact Asda in Weston super mare myself. I explained my situation to a member of staff, he told me that he’d inform manager and get her to call me. Within half an hour Rebecca called me.
Rebecca was so helpful. Reassured me that she would sort it, whether it was a refund or redeliver my items. Rebecca repicked my items and phoned again later on to let me know the delivery driver was on his way. Thankyou so much Rebecca, you are an absolute credit to Asda. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Reassuring, polite, helpful and so lovely. Also a big thankyou to Michael the ASDA delivery driver. Very polite and apologetic despite it not being his fault in the slightest. Lovely guy.

“I popped into the branch today following a scam phone call the day before. I wasn't sure if it was real or not. I spoke to a young man in the branch called Shell . He looked at my account and assured me that no one from the fraud team had contacted me.He reassured me and gave me further advice on how to keep safe banking etc and information Excellent customer service and care.”

“Staff in the Regent Street branch were helpful in trying to sort the mandate verification for our LTD business - cannot fault the service! But Business banking via telephone following my visit was still very much a pointless exercise! Only 1 person out of the 6/7 calls made to the business banking team knew what was happening with our account (before the branch visit) Still no cards for our LTD bank account 4 months later!”
“Great local bank with street parking nearby. Both cashpoints and counter service. Staff always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are offices available to discuss personal info. A counter for just enquiring and customer service. A paying in machine for instant deposits inside. A cashpoint outside. And counter service for paying in, withdrawals etc. Disabled access. Open Monday to Friday.”
