The staff were quite unfriendly; the guy at the self service checkout couldn't raise a smile or say hello whilst helping me. Staff need training, expect better from Waitrose.

Very disappointed. Long time since been to Waitrose. Almost all veg wrapped in plastic. Scales did not work. Some items missing froma-z lookup so couldn't weigh. Tried to save bags ny putting several items into one but had to stick labels on bag which confused the scanner.
