Moved here from Rugby where DO was open 7 days up to 10 hours so big culture shock to such restricted hours. But DO staff friendly, and local postie round Keward totally first class, hence 5 stars!

Seems Wells sorting office have made themselves impossible to talk to. They claim to have tried to deliver a parcel - we have been in all day - and no longer leave a card saying where the parcel is so I can collect it, or a direct phone number. They also want to charge me to 're-deliver' the parcel they failed to deliver... read full comment
