Really wish staff could be more pleasant when you take in donations. Several times I've taken some really nice books in and have received the distinct impression that I'm being a nuisance.

I visited on Friday afternoon and the service could have been improved. Several customers, including myself, walked in and out of the store within a 10 minute period and there were two women (presumably both of whom were shop staff) having a loud, involved conversation, ignoring everything and anything around them like... read full comment
We sell a great range of your generously donated books, music, sheet music, video games and musical instruments.
Please note that due to current limitations we are sorry but we are only able to accept donations on Tuesday morning, Thursday morning and Saturday morning. Thank you for your understanding.
