Visited around 8pm and quite surprised that this was extremely quiet. Prices on food are sometimes good, the reductions are good as I got two sandwiches for less than 90p each. Lady on the till was polite and friendly. First time visiting and did not disappoint

Only stopped for petrol (Esso petrol) as price was reasonable for the area and I got Nectar points. Forecourt and store all very clean and tidy. Forecourt has a good canopy over it so if it was raining you are sheltered going to pay in the shop. Staff friendly and helpful. Looked very well stocked of anything you might need.

We wanted to support this little local business and felt loyal to it. However, we have been scammed by them repeatedly having their partners in crime Forecourt Eye, telling us we have driven off without paying for our petrol. They send us pictures of the car, with no petrol pump in sight and no time or date on the image, and for the same amount of petrol taken £51.05. We live in London and we know 100% we were not in Wells on the day of the second alleged incident and not at the time they claim of the first incident ( though we paid this one, giving them the benefit of doubt). We no longer use them.

Pleasant service in here, but they seem utterly incapable of making sure that the carwash chemicals are kept topped up. 3 out of the last 5 carwashes I have paid for, there has been no soap. The last one had no soap and no wax. So you're basically paying £7 to have your car sprayed with water and beaten with brushes repeatedly. I have explained to the staff that this damages the paint. They are always very polite, and apologetic, and often give a fresh car wash ticket as compensation. But I don't want a carwash ticket, if the carwash has no shampoo in it. I think I will just have to go elsewhere.

Great petrol station, store and post office in one. Well stocked, excellent fresh bread and decent prices. Exceptional friendly and helpful staff ? very hand to have petrol station and fantastic post office services on our doorstep.

Good selection of food and wine, but the post office service is quite unreliable. They have two post office service counters but only one is usually open. It is also very frustrating that they randomly close the post office with no notice. If they are offering a post office service they should have at least one counter open for the times they advertise as being open.

Is ok as a petrol station ? but the post office is sadly lacking in experienced staff! As the only post office in wells or surrounding area open on Wed's afternoon, they could use a training session for post office counter service!It is a lot to ask for an un-trained member of staff to know all the post office procedures ! I must say they are impeccably well mannered and courteous! And my issue was resolved in the end!! But , it was unnecessary stress for all of us !

You can't fault the staff at this store. They were brilliant during lockdown the way they dealt with difficulty and unreasonable customers.Staff have always been helpful.
